2014 Weekly Tariffs for Dicknick & Longley Cottages

Individually these two spacious cottages sleep 4 people in two bedrooms, one ground floor king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and one first floor twin, plus two further people using the sofa beds in the galleried first floor living rooms, (please note however that our Quality in Tourism rating of 4 stars is based on actual bed spaces) and there’s still plenty of room for a cot/crib for infants under two years of age.

• With interconnecting doors these cottages can be used together to accommodate larger groups of up to 12 + cots.
• During high season the changeover day is fixed to Friday with the exception of Badminton Horse Trials and Xmas which vary.
• Please note that * denotes ‘except for school holidays’

This wonderfully spacious cottage sleeps 7 people in its three bedrooms (two king-size double rooms – one with an en-suite bathroom, a triple room with three singles including a full size bunk bed) plus an eighth person in the full size single day bed in a curtained area of the living room (please note however that our Quality in Tourism rating of 4 stars is based on actual bed spaces). There is also plenty of room for a cot/crib or two, available for infants under two years of age.

• During high season the changeover day is fixed to Thursday with the exception of Badminton Horse Trials and Xmas which vary.
• Please note that * denotes ‘except for school holidays’

10% DISCOUNT FOR COUPLES USING ONLY ONE DOUBLE ROOM DURING MID AND LOW SEASON

Group Parties

Important Information

• Your booking is subject to you agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.  Please click here to view our Terms & Conditions
• We have a NO SMOKING policy inside the cottages but ashtrays are provided for outsite use.
• We are unable to accommodate pets – please ask for information about local kennels.
• Please bring your own towels for outside use or if you are partial to using fake tanning lotion!
• Please contact us should you have any queries or special requirements as we try to be as flexible and as helpful as possible for our guests.

Payment

Payment in full will be requested for bookings less than 6 weeks away or a deposit of 1/3 to secure an advance booking. Payment in full will however be expected 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Payment can be made either by credit/debit card (all cards accepted but please note that we make a charge for the use of certain cards such as American Express, JCB, Diners/Discover), by cheques in £ sterling made payable to ‘J B & B Gardner’ or by direct bank transfer – our bank details will be sent to you if requested.  We do however ask that any bank charges for a transfer are paid by you.

Security Deposit

For certain types of bookings we require a security deposit. If you have been asked for a security deposit please enclose a separate cheque also made payable to ‘J B & B Gardner’. This will be kept on file and will only be cashed should we discover a reason to do so such as excessive cleaning or damage that has not already been paid for before departure. In this event we will contact you.

Cancellation Policy

We strongly advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance for your stay in case you have to cancel your holiday after you have paid your deposit/balance. Both the deposit and balance are non-refundable but in the event of cancellation, we will endeavor to re-let your dates and if successful return your payment less a £25 administration fee.
